Questions before you reach out
Common questions on the process, scheduling and what to expect on the day.
What areas do you serve?
JT Pressure Cleaning And Painting Inc. serves communities across South Florida, including Loxahatchee Club, Admirals Cove, Egret Landing, Abacoa, New Haven, The Island, Willoughby Farms, Delray Estuary, Via Del Mar, Sea Colony, Loxahatchee Landing, Palm Harbor, Governors Landing, Woodbine HOA, Palm Beach Island and Ballen Isles.
Do you handle both residential and commercial jobs?
Yes. Small residential jobs through large commercial jobs are all handled, along with county and statewide contractor work. We work with homeowners, contractors and property managers.
What does the process involve?
We start with the details of your property and the surfaces involved, then schedule the work. Surfaces are cleaned and prepped, the cleaning or painting is carried out, and the site is left tidy. Every job is handled to the specifications requested.
How do I schedule a job?
Call (561) 262-3711 or send the details through the quote form. Share the property, the service and a preferred date, and we will get back to you about the schedule.
How long does a job take?
It depends on the scope. A driveway or a section of fence can be done in a day, while a full exterior clean and paint runs longer. We set expectations for your property when we schedule the work.
What surfaces and materials do you clean?
Concrete, paver, shell, stucco, siding, brick, wood, tile, shingle and glass, on homes and commercial buildings. Low pressure soft washing is used where high pressure would damage the surface.
Is low pressure cleaning available?
Yes. Low pressure cleaning is available on request. Soft washing uses low pressure for siding, screens and painted finishes where high pressure would damage the surface.
How does the South Florida climate affect exterior cleaning?
Humidity and shade feed algae and mildew on roofs, walls and decks, so cleaning is often needed through the year. We plan around the forecast and avoid cleaning in heavy rain, and sealing after a clean slows the return of staining.
What should I expect on the day?
The crew arrives with the equipment and water needed for the job. Surfaces are prepped, the work is carried out in sections, and the area is rinsed and tidied before we wrap up. For exterior work you often do not need to be home.
Do you paint as well as pressure clean?
Yes. Exterior and interior painting is handled alongside pressure cleaning, including walls, ceilings, trim, stucco repairs and wood carpentry repairs. Surfaces are cleaned and prepped before the coating goes on.
