Patios in Palm Beach Gardens, FL

What does patio pressure cleaning involve?

Patio pressure cleaning removes the dirt, mold, leaf stains and food spills that settle into concrete, pavers and stone over time. The work clears the surface and the joints between the materials, with the pressure set so pavers and stone are cleaned without being pitted. A rinse carries the loosened soil off the patio and away from the surrounding area. Cleaning the patio prevents the mold and organic growth from making the surface slippery and from darkening the joints between the pavers. It is needed before outdoor season, after a stretch of wet weather, or ahead of sealing the surface. The work calls for care with the joints and the nearby landscaping, since a patio is meant to be used right after it dries, not repaired because the cleaning was too aggressive.
