Fences in Palm Beach Gardens, FL

What does fence cleaning involve?

Fence cleaning removes the algae, mildew, mold and weather staining that build up on wood, vinyl and aluminum fencing over time. The work uses pressure where the material can take it and soft washing where it cannot, so the surface is cleaned without splintering wood or denting softer materials. A rinse clears the loosened growth from the boards and the ground line. Cleaning the fence prevents the growth from rotting the wood and from leaving a green or black film that hides the original finish. It is needed before staining or sealing, when the fence looks uneven, or as part of a full property refresh. The work calls for care with the posts and the ground contact, since a fence is only as sound as the material left after the cleaning is done.
