How we work
Our pressure cleaning and painting process
A clear, four step process covers every residential and commercial job, from the first inspection to the final walkthrough.
How JT Pressure Cleaning And Painting Inc. approaches every job
JT Pressure Cleaning And Painting Inc. follows the same four step process on every residential and commercial job across South Florida. The goal is straightforward: protect the property, clean or paint to the agreed scope, and leave the surfaces looking right. Each step is explained up front so there are no surprises on the day of the work.
- 01
On site inspection and quote
Every job starts with a walk around the property. The team looks at the surfaces involved, notes staining, organic growth, peeling paint and any repairs, then provides a written quote with the scope and price. There is no charge for the inspection and no obligation to book.
- 02
Surface assessment and preparation
Before any water or paint touches the surface, the area is prepped. Plants, fixtures and outlets are protected, loose paint is scraped, and the right method is chosen for the material. Roof shingles call for low pressure soft washing, while concrete driveways can take higher pressure. Matching the method to the surface prevents damage.
- 03
Cleaning and painting
With prep complete, the cleaning or painting is carried out to the agreed scope. Pressure cleaning removes dirt, algae and stains from driveways, patios, siding and roofs. Painting and sealing follow surface preparation, applied in even coats for a finish that holds up to South Florida sun and rain.
- 04
Final walkthrough
The job ends with a walkthrough of the completed work with the property owner. Any touch ups are handled on the spot, and the scope is reviewed against the original quote. Payment is collected only after the work meets the standard agreed at the inspection.
