Painting in Palm Beach Gardens, FL

What does painting involve?

Painting applies a fresh coating to walls, trim and ceilings after the surface is cleaned, repaired and primed. The work covers exterior and interior surfaces, with the coating chosen for the material and the exposure it will face. A clean surface lets the coating bond to the wall rather than to the grime on top of it. Painting prevents the old finish from failing and protects the material underneath from moisture and sun. It is needed when the existing coating is chalky, peeling or faded, after repairs are done, or when a property is being readied for sale or a new tenant. The work calls for preparation before the coating goes on, since paint over a dirty or damaged surface fails far sooner than paint over a clean, sound one.
