Sealing in Palm Beach Gardens, FL

What does sealing involve?

Sealing applies a protective layer to pavers, concrete and natural stone after the surface has been fully cleaned and dried. The sealer sinks into the material and slows the way oil, water and organic growth settle into it. A sealed surface stays cleaner between washes and shows its original color rather than a darkened, stained look. Sealing prevents the stains from setting deep into the material and from becoming part of the surface that no clean can lift. It is needed after a new installation, once a surface has been pressure cleaned, or before a season of heavy use. The work calls for a clean, dry surface first, since sealer applied over dirt or moisture locks the problem in place rather than keeping it out.
